ORLANDO — Michael Washington II, a graduate scholar pursuing a Grasp of Science in Actual Property (MSRE) on the College of Central Florida (UCF), is the recipient of the college’s Crossman Profession Builders Endowed Actual Property Scholarship for 2023-2024.
Michael’s instructional journey started at Florida A&M College (FAMU), the place he initially pursued his athletic ardour as a monitor and discipline athlete. Later, he graduated from Valencia School with a Bachelor’s Diploma in Enterprise and Organizational Management.
Washington’s distinctive background in public service – from an EMT by Inspector, Investigator to Hearth Marshall at quite a few native fireplace departments – has outfitted him with helpful expertise for his present place as a multi- and single-tenant retail specialist at Marcus & Millichap.
